Mr. Marshall is a Certified Family Law Specialist and partner in the Law Offices of Schuchman & Marshall. He has over twelve years experience in family law, both as an attorney and forensic accountant. He has handled a broad variety of complex matters involving child custody and visitation, international and interstate child abduction, domestic violence, grandparent visitation, juvenile dependency, child and spousal support, and property matters. Mr. Marshall is also experienced in performing marital standard of living and cash flow analyses, tracings and reimbursement calculations and has qualified and testified as an expert witness in family law forensic accounting matters.

Mr. Marshall received his juris doctor degree from the University of Southern California Law Center and was admitted to practice law in the State of California in June, 1992. While at USC, he was quarter-finalist in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and received honors grades in numerous courses. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, cum laude, from University of California at Los Angeles. In addition, he received a Master's degree from the Columbia University School of International & Public Affairs with a specialization in International Banking & Finance and served as editor of Columbia Law School's Journal of Chinese Law. Mr. Marshall is fluent in Hebrew and proficient in Mandarin Chinese.

Prior to joining Ms. Schuchman, Mr. Marshall was a Director in the family law department of the forensic accounting firm of White, Zuckerman, Warsavsky, Luna & Wolf. Prior to that, he practiced family law as a senior member of Alpert, Barr & Gross, an associate of Galindo & Fox and as a sole practitioner.

Mr. Marshall has authored several articles on family law and forensic accounting subjects and his works have been published in the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists Newsletter and the 2000 Los Angeles County Bar Association Family Law Symposium Reference Book. He was a lecturer on the issue of stock options at the 2003 State Bar of California Family Law Section's Winter Education Institute.

In addition, Mr. Marshall is an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and has served as a mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court, Family Law Department.
