Jeffrey Bollinger received his juris doctor degree from Pepperdine University School
of Law, in Malibu, California, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American
Literature from Brandeis University, in Waltham, Massachusetts. In law school, Mr. Bollinger
participated in Pepperdine's Trial Advocay Tournament, and was a delegate to the school's
London Program, where he joined the International Moot Court Competition and worked at the
Free Representation Unit at Gray's Inn, one of the four Inns of Court to which Barristers
are admitted, providing Pro Bono advocacy for low-income litigants. Prior to practicing
law, he enjoyed a successful ten-year career in entertainment, Internet and technology public
relations and marketing in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York.
Mr. Bollinger's interest in family law began in law school when he took an early interest in the
gay marriage issue, writing papers in the early 90's on the rights of same-sex couples to marry.
Mr. Bollinger is a past board member of the Entertainment Publicists Professional Society (EPPS) in New
York and Los Angeles. He currently sits on the Barristers Board of Governors of the Beverly Hills
Bar Association, the board of the Lesbian & Gay Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, and is a
volunteer attorney at the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law.
Mr. Bollinger is admitted to practice law in California and New York.
